At Chive Ceramics Studio, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, as items must arrive in original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
